Designed for easy visibility, this is the universal sign that can be used over a video call or in person by an individual to alert others that they feel threatened and need help.

Empowering Survivors, Inspiring Change

Welcome to 4 Rescue, a not-for-profit organization driven by a singular mission: to rescue, support, and empower those affected by domestic violence and sex trafficking. Every dollar raised, every effort made, is a chance to fund rescue missions, provide safe havens, and offer critical support services to those who have been traumatized and marginalized. It's about turning the tide, one person at a time, until we eradicate these crimes from our society.

In order to achieve our mission, we  need your support, your voice, and your commitment to stand with us. Together, we can shine a light on the dark corners where abuse and exploitation thrive. Together, we can be the voice for the voiceless and the hope for the hopeless.

Critical Facts You Need To Know

Domestic violence is not a distant issue—it's a chillingly close reality for millions. Behind closed doors, lives are shattered, families torn apart, and futures left in ruins. According to the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence, nearly 20 people per minute are physically abused by an intimate partner in the United States alone. That's a staggering statistic, a grim reminder of the silent epidemic that rages within our communities. But the reality of sex trafficking is even more staggering; it's a global crisis that knows no borders, with an estimated 25 million victims forced into labor and sexual exploitation worldwide.

Join us in this battle for justice. With 4 Rescue, you are not just making a donation; you are joining a movement to confront the harsh realities of domestic violence and sex trafficking, and to create a world where everyone can live free from fear.

Our Team

Sondae Esposito

A word from our founder

My mission is deeply personal—it's born from my own journey through the darkness of domestic violence. I've felt the fear, the pain, and the suffocating silence. But I refuse to let those experiences define me. Instead, they've ignited a fire within me to stand up, speak out, and be a beacon of hope for others.

Through 4 Rescue, I'm not just fighting against abuse and exploitation; I'm fighting for the survivors. I know firsthand the healing power of support and the importance of a helping hand during the darkest of times. This isn't just a cause to me; it's a calling—a calling to turn pain into purpose, fear into strength, and silence into a voice that roars for change.

Join me on this journey. Together, we can make a difference. Together, we are 4 Rescue.

Daryl Hill

Director of Counseling and Outreach

Daryl Hill is a Veteran Advocate and the CEO of Alchemy Enterprises LLC. He has been an entrepreneur since leaving active duty in June 2007. After losing 25 fellow veterans Mr. Hill reached out to the Veteran Affairs for help with what he would later come to find out was called survivors guilt which is a form of PTSD. After a couple years of therapy and not having any effect on his mental state he sought out an individual who said they could help with a method he had never heard before. This transformation worked and then he learned how to help others out of trauma just like he had been in for years. Soon after being trained and helping his Marines & Sailors along with strangers this developed into a career in helping people overcome all kinds of mental traumas, which led to massive success personally and professionally.

Mr. Hill is the creator of Subconscious Architecture™, which has allowed his clients to take their lives past what they thought was possible. His list of clients include the top motivational speaker in the world Les Brown, sought after Doctors, top 1% entrepreneurial minds to include (creator of Amazon Prime, NY Times Best Selling Business Authors, Elite Business Consultants who take companies public), collegiate & professional athletes to include (a World Champion Boxer, professional football & basketball players, a Heisman Finalist, NCAA Record Holders).

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Mr. Hill was an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served for 13 years, half of the time on active duty and the other half in the reserves. After serving as a company commander Major Hill decided it was time to focus on his family, business and veteran advocacy.

He was appointed by the President of the United States to the SBA Veteran Board of Advisors in 2009, helped build the infrastructure of the Marine For Life Program in the U.S. Marine Corps which serves transitioning Marines. He donates his time to help veterans who suffer from PTSD and suicidal ideation.

Upon graduation from the United States Naval Academy with a degree in science in 2001, Mr. Hill joined the U.S. Marine Corps and was commissioned as an officer. He served as a Platoon Commander, Company Executive Officer and a Company Commander. He has awards and citations from his time in the U.S. Marine Corps from being deployed in Operation Iraqi Freedom and in the Continental United States.
